Riders Release Bryant Moniz

The Riders had Monday off. They will start getting ready for Saturday's home game against the BC Lions on Tuesday at Mosaic Stadium.

When the team gets back to practicing, Bryant Moniz will not be with them as the quarterback has been released.

Moniz took two snaps for the team this year and fumbled both of them.

Scruffy, does he move into the top 3 as all-time bad QB's in Rider history?

Eskimos signed international linebacker Donnie Baggs less than 24 hours after LB goes down.

Jones take note - this is how it works when you have contacts down south and a scouting system. It works better than trolling other teams cast offs.

He never threw an interception in his whole Roughrider career.

Take note bub the troll.
Mr Jones scouted him last year on behalf of the smoes. Mr Jones he got contacts, north, south, east or west, left, right up or down, Mr Jones has football contacts. Now beat it!

Moniz spent 2 years in Calgary ranked behind a guy (Drew Tate) that is content to be a never used back-up. He's going to have to get a real job now.
