He was becoming the face of the franchise and that's a position Chris Jones wants.

That'll fix up the anemic offense.

What did Duron do now? Guessing with the bye week, he did something stupid again leaving Riders with no choice.

Your team is last in the West so you get rid of your most dynamic player---a player that wasn't playing in his proper position for most of the season. Jones has completely lost it. How does Reynolds put up with this?

If what I am hearing is true, Carter had to go. Is there any truth to the rumour from two separate people that he and a member of the coaching staff got into it after the loss in Edmonton?

The guy has talent, but he has the maturity of a 7 year old. I know there are guys in that room who can't stand him and are likely glad he is gone.

Maybe pay-back for negotiating that new contract while keeping the Winnipeg charges a secret. When that finally came out I know Jones was blindsided by it.

It almost seems like Chris Jones is talking a page out of the Sarah Huckabee-Sander's playbook in having a curt, say nothing press conferences. Thank god we have Rob Vanstone to be our Jim Acosta!

Three weeks ago Jones said, "Duron is our best option." He was speaking of Duron playing defense.

In addition this guy is an all-star receiver playing out of position because the coach asked him to.

Now, "We're going a different direction."

That's a crock of crap and Jones owes the Rider Nation some honesty.
