DeLaet Headed To FedEx Cup Playoffs

Graham DeLaet of Weyburn insured that he would be in the first leg of the PGA playoffs known as the FedEx cup with a solid showing at the rain delayed Wyndham Championship---the last tournament of the year on the PGA Tour.

DeLaet took home just under 50-thousand dollars for finishing in a tie for 22nd at nine under par.

DeLaet will now head to the Barclays Championship this coming weekend. He goes into the playoffs ranked 106th. He needs to be ranked in the top 100 to continue on to the next tournament so he will need a solid performance at the Barclays to keep going.

After this weekend, DeLaet has now made 734-thousand this year and has had 4 Top 25 finishes in 20 starts.

It is so much fun watching Graham do well this year. I really hope we see the day when he goes into a Sunday contending for a major.

Why hasn't Graham been on the Sportscage? Cmon Mitchy, tell Roddie to start talking some golf instead of devoting two hours a day to a losing football team!
