The Philadelphia Flyers have traded D Luke Schenn and C Vincent Lecavalier to the Los Angeles Kings in exchange for forward Jordan Weal and a third-round pick in the 2016 NHL Entry Draft, according to general manager Ron Hextall.

He was also named an AHL Second Team All-Star following the season.

Weal is rich even without playing in NHL (look up his salary and it's in US dollars - so multiply it by 1.40)

Actually, unless Weal is on a one way contract he won't be rich without playing in the NHL. Playing meaning the same thing as in the press box or on NHL roster. He would make between 65-80K while he is in AHL.

Also, when you live in the US for 9 months of the eyar it would be accurate to times his salary by 1.4.
