Sitting Down With Sandro

I had a chance to sit down after Rider practice today with kicker Sandro De Angelis for a story that will be up on Riderville.com later this week. He is genuinely glad to be wearing green and tells a couple of great stories in this interview. Take a listen!

Great interview Mitch. I think some of the hate I have had on for this guy has disappeared a little after hearing that.

Sandro sounds like he's wanted to be a Rider for a long time. Good interview!

I would have to think that Sandro has had a lesson in humility. He seemed to leave Calgary on bad terms and his #'s in Hamilton weren't that bad. Good for Chamblin on giving him an opportunity, but I'm guessing he was also told to maybe leave the ego at the door or else it was back to watching cartoons and making quesadillas.

That's nine minutes of quality interviewing Mitch. I don't hear that on the Green Zone! At least not anymore.
