Chiles is an aoutstanding receiver and is already an upgrade over Dressler. Kelley is another promisiing receiver who could be one of the "finds" people are clamouring for. At 6'6" he will be a big target for DD. Infact DD will have one of the biggest receiver corps in the CFL.
