Brendan Taman says the Saskatchewan Roughriders are standing behind their beleaguered head coach.  After a second report about Corey Chamblin's immediate future with the football team was delivered over the weekend by Winnipeg Free Press reporter/TSN insider Gary Lawless stating Taman was to meet with Craig Reynolds on Sunday with the topic being the firing of Chamblin, Taman stood before the media on Monday to say that is not the case.

Taman says he has not asked for permission to fire Chamblin and he has the support of Reynolds and the Rider board.

Taman did the say the team is looking at everything as they assess their 0-6 start to the season, but the mood in the room is still positive and no one is pushing the panic button.

The Riders try to get into the win column for the first time in 2015 this weekend in Toronto.
