Thank you Ken! Thank you for making this move because it is the right one and thank you for the great years of service you gave this football team.

Let the coaching carousel start to spin. Dave Dickenson, Scott Milanovich, Marcus Crandell, Corey Chamblin, Brian Towriss, etc. etc. etc.

Thanks for everything Ken. All the best in your retirement.

I feel for bad for Kenny because his players didn't help him out when he came back. The Plaza of Honor is a shoo-in for this man.

This couldn't happen fast enough. Instead of boot licking maybe face some hard realities. No Grey Cups, huge coaching blunders (13th man), ego mainia, firing a head coach to prove nothing but costing the organization big money, failing to re-sign quality talent, failing to acquire and restock the team as talent left. Now complete the sweep by turfing the GM and defensive coordinator. Nothing in this organization worth keeping.

Yes, Coach Miller made mistakes, after all he is human. Now is the time to say a big "thank you" to Ken for all he has done in the past 3 years. It was a fun ride, even though we didn't win Grey Cups under his regime. Why bash the guy when he is down. Show some class. We have to look at Ken's body of work, not just one bad season. This man is the epitome of class and dignity, someone that some of the so-called Rider fans can learn from. Show respect, like Coach Miller has done during his time here. Thanks again Grandpa. You will be missed, but we will see you again in the Plaza of Honor.

Thanks Ken. 3 trips to tha Grey Cup while you were here, not too bad at all. Ignore the dufus who was critical who's name is apparantly anonymous & has a lot cousins by the same name. I think they may have all moved in from the Ozarks, or some place like that.

I just had to go close my office door so that people wouldn't see a tear run down my cheek. Thank you for everything you did for this team Ken. I wish we could have celebrated a championship with you.

Thanks for posting this Mitch. I said it when he left at the end of last year and I will say it again. His shoes will be hard to fill.

I just wish that Ken would have made this decision prior to the beginning of the season.

Greg Marshall was never given a proper chance to coach and if Doug Berry alone would have been fired we may not be looking for a new head coach again (look out for Richie Hall). Ken wanted the spot, thought he could leave the role, and found out he loved the game too much.

Ken leaves the Riders with a winning legacy and good for him - happy trails. It's going to be a long off season.

My hats off to Miller. He will go down as one of the best ever head coaches we have had. He helped get this team to the GC three out of four years, they were in numerous Western finals ane he helped install a winning culture back here. May your retirement be a good one.

Hoppy didn't want to talk about Taman today. I'm guessing all of you are back next week to hear Hoppy say Taman is out of work.
