Huge Loss for Lions and CFL

BC Lions linebacker Solomon Elimimian suffered a torn Achilles tendon in a game Saturday against the Hamilton Tiger-Cats.
The Lions say he will undergo a procedure later this week to repair the injury and will be placed on the club’s six-game injured list.
2014 was a record-breaking year for the fifth-year linebacker whose season included a new league standard of 143 defensive tackles to go along with five sacks, seven tackles for a loss, three fumble recoveries and an interception.
Those numbers earned him the CFL’s honour as Most Outstanding Player and Most Outstanding Defensive Player as well as West Division All-Star and All-Canadian nods.

CFL is quickly becoming the year of the Achilles. That's 4 this year as far as I know.
