Week 7 CFL Stars of The Week
With the CFL abandoning its stars of the week and going with performers of the week, I give you my stars of the week
OFFENCE - HENRY BURRIS - Ottawa
The old man is enjoying life these days. Unlike last year when Burris was heavily criticized, he has his game back on track and it showed this week against Montreal as he threw for 323 yards and two TD's. Burris is completing almost 70 percent of his passes and is a big reason why the REDBLACKS are 4-2
DEFENCE - EMANUEL DAVIS - Hamilton
There were some great defensive performances around the league in Week 7, but Davis had two pick six's in the Ti-Cats win over Winnipeg. That's good enough for me.
CANADIAN - KEITH SHOLOGAN - Ottawa
Sholo is having an all-star campaign right now and he might have had his best ever CFL game against the Alouettes as he had three sacks. Somewhere, Scott Schultz had to be beaming.
SPECIAL TEAMS - STEFAN LOGAN - Montreal
Logan could have had a game-changing play in Ottawa, but a 102 yard punt return was called back due to penalty with another big return also called back due to penalty (SHOCKING!).

Good for you Scruffy. The CFL's new format for the weekly stars is lame.
Thank you for your stars of the week Mr. Blair.
