3-1 last week(Thanks Hamilton and thanks Geroy Simon as well or should it be Edmonton's defence). It leaves me at 35-21 overall. Here's the thoughts for this week.
EDMONTON AT TORONTO
The Eskimos have to be reeling after what happened last week against the Lions. Then again, this is a team that has dropped five of its last six. The Argos aren't much better having lost eight of their last nine. What's the health of the Argo quarterbacks? Cody Pickett is apparently out and I'm guessing Kerry Joseph probably is at less than 100 percent. Might the Eskimos have to loan them Jared Zabransky. The Eskimos can't lose this one can they? If Toronto is going to win another game this season this will be the one. Its just a gut feeling, but I am going to go with the Argos in an upset. (Remember I took the Cardinals to win the World Series!)
SASKATCHEWAN AT CALGARY
Life without Weston Dressler begins for the Riders. How does the offence move the football without their best player in the lineup. Offensive co-ordinator Paul LaPolice says they have a plan and that while losing Dressler is not the best scenario, they can get by. The Riders have gotten by when other key players have been injured so why not. The Stamps are not playing well and now they are publicly bitching at one another. If the Riders win this game, they will likely finish first as they will own the tie-breaker over Calgary making that last regular season game of the year meaningless. Can the Riders win twice in Calgary in one season? Why not? They win a low scoring affair with Durant outplaying Burris. Then again, the way Hank has played lately, Cole Bergquist might be able to outplay Burris. Apologies to all members of the Cole Bergquist fan club out there.
HAMILTON AT MONTREAL
This game intrigues me. Hamilton's ship is sinking as was evidenced in the loss to Winnipeg at home last week. They've got to get it together quickly. Montreal has already clinched the East and they really thumped Calgary last week in a game I think Marc Trestman had circled on his calendar. Do the Alouettes have the same intensity for the Tiger-Cats that they had for Calgary. It won't be the same Montreal team, and Hamilton will be better. I still go with Montreal.
B.C AT WINNIPEG
The Bombers are looking at a 4 game winning streak if they can grab this one. Depending on what happens in Montreal, the Bombers could be 2nd in the East at the end of the weekend. Buck Pierce simply refuses to let the other team get the best of him as the Lions look to stay in the rear-view mirror of the Stamps and Riders. I've got B.C winning this one because Pierce will out-play Bishop in what could be the best game of the weekend.

You might be the only person I know to take the Argos tonight. Good luck with that.
