Vince Young To Miss 4-6 Weeks With Hamstring Tear

Saskatchewan Roughriders quarterback Vince Young has a torn hamstring and will likely be out of action for about four to six weeks.

Roughriders head coach and general manager Chris Jones updated reporters on Young's status Monday in Saskatoon saying an MRI taken in Toronto showed the injury is much more serious than first thought.

Young was expected to get the majority of reps in Saturday's 25-25 tie with Winnipeg before the injury in what would have been his first game action since 2011.

The former 3rd pick overall in the NFL draft is trying to revive a football career that has seen him out of the game since 2014.

Yep, I guess Jones should have turned over a different stone.
