No Rider Coach By Xmas

If what Sportsnet's Arash Madani is writing is true (and really, why wouldn't you believe what he has to say), it will be a while before the Riders decide who their new coach is. Madani wrote this piece for sportsnet.ca after Scott Milanovich had his interview. There had been a story going around for a short while indicating the job had been offered to Milanovich, but the team quickly threw cold water on that.

Why does Madani know more about what's going on in Riderville than the Regina media does?

Madani's column says "A source tells sportsnet.ca that Riders quarterback Darian Durant would endorse the offensive coordinator being elevated to the head coaching role."
Going by DD's body english as he stomped by DB after several consecutive 2 and outs I highly doubt Madani's 'source'.

I'm okay with Doug Berry being head coach so long as Scott Milanovich cannot be had for whatever reason.

If it's Marshall I'l be definately throwing cold water on my seasons tickets. Watching Miller on sidelines the last 2 years was hard enough let alone now Marshall? A pair of seasons in section 203 will be up for sale on usedregina if and when Marshall is announced as a head coach
