Those chanting "Fire Wilson" at the Leafs game Tuesday night have gotten their wish. Ron Wilson was fired Friday night with no replacement named. Does this re-encourage you Leafs fans? Are they now playoff bound?
A couple of hours after announcing the firing, the Leafs announced the hiring of Randy Carlyle.

I hear the new coach is former Leaf player and Anaheim/ Manitoba Moose coach Randy Carlyle. Smartest decision the Leafs have made since Harold owned the team.
