25? Did Shanahan finally learn a lesson and go overboard with this one. I was thinking 15. Good!

Is the NHL looking at the Malkin hit last night?

Wow, I remember a time when you paid for "picking up pennies off the ice" with your head down and took a good hit. The hit is no different than any of the hits many of us have taken, or given, and accepted as part of the game.

The biggest part of the problem is the equipment these players are playing with. The shoulder and elbow caps are like iron balls and causing all the damage to players on good hits. The leagues may want to look into "scaling back the armour" being used, to try eliminate some of the injuries. Oh, and tell a few players to keep their heads up.

Hopefully his career if RaFINISHED!
Multiple offender for the exact same style of hit on many players.
