With the CFL draft just over a week away, the league has released its final draft rankings. As you will see, U of S o-lineman Ben Heenan, expected to be the number one pick overall by the Riders, is no longer ranked #1.

What's Crawford's NFL aspirations? We need a rush end and if we can get that and from a Canadian, its a win-win. It would suck to see a local kid go elsewhere, but perhaps he can do a Labatte and come here after his first contract expires and he's seasoned.
I thought Heenan did well at the prospects camp. Is Crawford that good? What about Chambers? I thought Heenan would be a slam-dunk for the Riders at #1, now I'm not sure. It brings a little intrigue into what happens next week.
