Jordan Eberle looks as good in Rider green as he does in Oilers blue and Pats blue during his junior days. The Oilers forward and Regina native is in the Queen City this weekend for the Sticks on Rose charity ball hockey tournament being put on by the Shooting Stars Foundation which is the braintrust of former Pats Jamie Heward and Mike Sillinger. Other NHL'ers taking part are Josh Harding, Scott Hartnell, Blair Jones and Jaden Schwartz with former Pats Garrett Mitchell and Brandon Davidson also taking part. I had a chance to speak to both Eberle and Harding for Access 7's Locker Talk. Here are those conversations...By the way, the Shooting Stars Foundation received over 80-thousand dollars today which is absolutely great. Just another example as to why Regina is a great sports city. Good job by all who helped out in some manner.
