I didn't get down to Riders practice today because of "Sticks on Rose" and some work I was doing for Access. However, I can tell you that offensive lineman Nerraw McCormack has been released.
McCormick showed up late last season and was competing for a spot on the o-line. You have to wonder if he will end up in B.C.
The team makes its yearly trek to Saskatoon tomorrow and will return to Regina for a Sunday night practice at Mosaic Stadium starting at 7. Fans interested in going and seeing what the stadium looks like are asked to sit in the East side stands.
