With #4 Pick, Riders Take......

The Saskatchewan Roughriders are pleased to announce they have selected Eastern Michigan University offensive lineman Corey Watman with the fourth overall pick in today’s CFL Canadian Draft.

Watman (6’2 – 294 lbs.) spent four seasons on the offensive line at Eastern Michigan University. Last season, the Queensville, ON native stared all 12 games on the offensive line splitting time between guard and centre.

Watman played 46 career collegiate games with the Eagles starting 30.

Is this guy a reach?? He didn't seem to be on too many boards.

No Jones>? No Mercer? They resisted the urge to go local!

Not a criticism, but what makes this guy better than Jones or Mercer? Is he that good?

Great job on drafting. Another young o-lineman and a great trade to add more depth.
