Rider Receiver Jeremy Kelley Retires Due To Health Concerns
International receiver Jeremy Kelley has informed the Saskatchewan Roughriders that he will be unable to participate in 2016 training camp due to a medical situation.
"I am disappointed to have had made this decision, especially only weeks before training camp,” stated Jeremy Kelley. “I am concerned about my health, due to a non-football related medical situation that has surfaced and I believe it is in my best interest to discontinue playing at this time.”
Kelley continued, “I appreciate the opportunity Craig Reynolds, Coach Jones and the entire organization have given me, and sincerely wish them nothing but success in the 2016 season."
Chris Jones, Vice-President of Football Operations, General Manager and Head Coach, said: “It is always difficult to lose a player with the potential that Jeremy Kelley has. He is a young man with lots of opportunities ahead of him and what is most important is his health.”
As a result, the Riders have placed Kelley on the retired list.

OK, this isn't funny anymore.
How many more guys are going to call it quits?
Scruffy, why is it Rod has no problem having commenters slam you on your Friday column, but put something up that puts him in a negative light and he doesn't post it. That really tells me what type of guy he is. It should tell a lot of people what type of guy he is.
very peculiar
