Canadian Jrs Make 4 Cuts
The kid that some believe will be the number one draft pick in this year's NHL draft has been cut by the Canadian junior hockey team. 17 year old Tyler Seguin was told his services were no longer needed this morning in Regina. This means Seguin could end up like Matt Duchene. The forward was cut from last year's team in Ottawa, but then got drafted by Colorado and stuck in the NHL. With Seguin expected to go top 3, he may never get the experience of being at the World Juniors.
The three others let go today were defenceman Brandon Gormley(was it the comment from an earlier post), defenceman Nick DesLauriers and forward John McFarland. 11 more players including two goalies need to be let go. The final 22 will be unveiled Wednesday morning.

Word is Scott Glennie has left camp due to injury. He got concussed last night. Was he the guy that got slammed into the end boards?
