If you live in Regina, you know what Rick Rypien meant to this town and to the Pats. He also meant a lot to the Manitoba Moose. Rypien probably would have played today for the Winnipeg Jets as they begin life in the NHL again, but as we know he won't be. The Winnipeg Free Press' Randy Turner has written a tremendous article on Rypien. This is worth the time.
