The Saskatchewan Roughriders held one last walkthrough before taking to the field Sunday night against the Eskimos in a 5 o'clock start. There are some tickets still left even though there was a good crowd going through the ticket office on Saturday.
The team will put DL David Veikune and DB Woodny Turenne on the active roster with RB Louis Rankin and DL Chris Ellis going off the 46.
A humourous moment came at the end of practice when the Riders get together as a team with various players dancing. Coach Corey Chamblin sat and watched the guys do their thing when all of a sudden a hole opened up with Darian Durant motioning for coach to get in there and strut his stuff. Chamblin told the guys he wasn't going to do that and then said "maybe if you win". Durant then called an audible and had the pack swallow up the coach. I think he may have done a short jig as it was tough to see him after that. Here are some thoughts going in....
