Its time for the CFL to get rid of the no-yards rule. An explanation as to why I feel that way can be found right here.

Awful idea. Will shorten the careers of kick returners. Football needs no yards rules or a fair catch rule. Can't go without. Clearly you've never played or coached football.

A typical comment made by a non football person . Stick to talking into a mike chump leave the football to the football guys .
I would lobby for the fair catch. You can't just get rid of it altogether. I do agree though that the rule needs to be scrapped.
I'm a football guy and I think the rule is stupid. If a returner is going to get clocked, let the ball bounce. Good read Mitch.
