A Surprise From The Regina Red Sox

The defending Western Major Baseball League champions are making a change at the top. Manager Rob Cherepuschak has decided to take a lesser role with the club after spending three seasons in the position saying he wants to spend more time with his family.
Cherepuschak will be still involved with the team as he will actively recruit players in both Canada and the  U-S and has been given the title "director of player personnel". Taking over for Cherepuschak is assistant coach Justin Eiswirth. He has been an assistant to Cherepuschak for the last three years and was a member of the Red Sox for four seasons.
