The Saskatchewan Roughriders
announced today they have acquired non-import kicker Brody McKnight and a sixth
round selection (49th overall) in the 2013 Canadian Draft from the Edmonton
Eskimos in exchange for two fifth round selections (39th and 40th overall) in
the 2013 Canadian Draft.
McKnight (6' - 204) was acquired by the Eskimos last September after originally
being selected by the Montreal Alouettes in the first round (8th overall) of
the 2011 Canadian Draft. Last season the Vancouver, BC native dressed for three
regular season games for the Eskimos.
