The Western Major Baseball League is expanding. The league has announced it will be placing a team in Fort MacMurray, Alberta. The complete release on the move can be read right here

Ft. Mac in the league--holy cow, that's quite journey from Southern Ab. (about 9+ hour drive if you can "hold it" that long!!) I guess some of the Sask team buses may have to waive the "no #2 in the bus bathroom" rule...
I admit to being completely clueless on what they have for facilities in Estevan, but would that city and Kindersley (which has a great facility) be homes for teams too. It is too bad someone couldn't get Saskatoon going again and make it as strong as Regina
