The Saskatchewan Roughrider Football Club announced today that over 20,000 season tickets have been renewed for the upcoming season. This is the earliest the Riders have surpassed that mark in the history of the franchise.
New season tickets will go on sale to the general public on February 14th at 10:00 am. “We expect the demand for new season tickets to be very high,” stated Riders VP of Marketing and Business Development Gregg Sauter. “The only way to guarantee your Grey Cup 101 ticket is by being a Roughrider season ticket holder.”
The Club also announced that they will be increasing their season ticket capacity to 30,000 for the 2013 season. With the recent renovation to Mosaic Stadium, capacity has been raised to 33,427 and will again be increased this year with temporary Grey Cup seating.
