“We are excited to add Tyler Bell, a big, solid 18 year old defenseman to our roster,” said Millar. “Jayden Halbgewachs is an exciting, dynamic young prospect, and the first round pick in 2015 is a valuable asset in this deal.”

Halbgewachs, from Regina, was the Blazers first round pick 19th overall in the 2012 WHL Bantam Draft. This season he is playing in the SMAAAHL with the Pat Canadians, in 18 games he has six goals and 12 points. Bell is expected in the Warriors lineup Friday when they return to Mosaic Place to take on the Red Deer Rebels.
