Zach Collaros Is A Rider
The Saskatchewan Roughriders have acquired quarterback Zach Collaros from the Hamilton Tiger-Cats in exchange for a second-round selection (10th overall) in the 2018 CFL Draft.
Collaros (6’0 – 219) is a veteran of six CFL seasons. After spending his first two with the Toronto Argonauts, Collaros was acquired by the Tiger-Cats in a January 2014 trade.
Over the last four seasons with the Ti-Cats, the 29-year-old Cincinnati product has completed 930 of 1,396 passes (66.6%) for 11,342 yards and 66 touchdowns in starting 43 of 53 regular-season games. He also started two playoff games and the 2014 Grey Cup.
Collaros was named the Tiger-Cats’ nominee as Most Outstanding Player in 2014 and 2015.

Excellent upgrade! Things start looking a whole lot brighter in 2018.
This should stop the "STart Bridge" movement.
Wouldn't he have become a free agent in six weeks?
His contract runs another year.
His contract includes a $200K bonus on Feb 1/19.
He'll either sign a revised contract or be released by the end of January.
Would "Moderately successful" sum up his career so far?
What ya'll gonna do when Jones signs Collaros to restructured deal and then sends him to Toronto for Franklin!
Bet Bridge is real impressed with this news!
Heard your interview with Jones. Why didn't you ask him who the new receivers coach is?
