This list is for the 30 and under crowd which I guess is the target audience for MAXIM. I don't even know who some of these girls are. However, there are many women on that list that I would put ahead of Katy Perry. There are also women that aren't on that list that I would put ahead of Katy Perry.

I had to google Katy Perry to find out who she is. I obviously don't listen to Top 40.
I just looked at that list and there are at least 20-25 women I would put ahead of Katy Perry. That's sad!
